1. Introduction

By opting in to receive RCS (Rich Communication Services) messages from BVA, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. RCS messaging is an enhanced messaging service supported by select mobile devices and telecom networks in India.

2. User Consent & Opt-In

  • Users will receive RCS messages only after providing explicit consent.
  • Consent may be collected via website forms, mobile applications, SMS, WhatsApp, or offline methods.
  • All messaging complies with TRAI and DLT regulations.
  • Users must be at least 18 years of age to opt in.

3. Purpose of Messaging

RCS messages may include, but are not limited to:

  • Transactional alerts (OTP, order confirmations, payment updates)
  • Service-related notifications
  • Promotional and marketing messages (only if opted in)
  • Event information and announcements
  • Customer support communication

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on the nature of communication and user interaction. Promotional messages will be sent only during permitted hours as per TRAI guidelines (9:00 AM to 9:00 PM).

5. Charges

BVA does not charge users for receiving RCS messages. However, standard mobile data charges may apply as per the user’s telecom operator.

6. Opt-Out / Unsubscribe

Users may opt out of RCS messaging at any time by:

  • Using the Unsubscribe or Stop option in the RCS message
  • Replying with STOP (if supported)
  • Contacting customer support via email or phone

Opt-out requests will be processed within 24–48 hours.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy. User data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Personal information is not sold, rented, or shared with unauthorized third parties.

8. Delivery Disclaimer

RCS message delivery is subject to device compatibility, network availability, and telecom operator support. BVA is not responsible for delayed or failed message delivery due to technical limitations.

9. Content Compliance

All RCS messages comply with applicable Indian laws, including the IT Act, 2000, and TRAI regulations. Messages will not contain misleading, unlawful, offensive, or prohibited content.

10. Changes to Terms

BVA reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and shall be effective immediately.
